On the move with purely good taste

We provide catering, cleaning, and logistics services for our owners: the wellbeing services county of North Karelia, the cities of Joensuu, Kitee and Nurmes, and the municipalities of Heinävesi, Ilomantsi, Tohmajärvi and Liperi.

We make 20,000 meals per day. In total, we keep 530,000 square metres clean. Annually, we plan close to 1,000,000 trips for both humans and meals.

Polkka is active in all corners of North Karelia. Our main office is located in Joensuu.

The company is headed by Mika Hyttinen, CEO. The CEO has direct responsibility for our sectors, their development, as well as their administrative services. Service production and human resources of the kitchen and cleaning units are led by Chief Business Officer Juha-Matti Juurikainen.
